The project consisted of a master plan for the 2.73 acre Travis County campus on Airport Boulevard in Austin. UDG assembled a team to assist Travis County in analyzing the existing and future development scenarios of the North Campus facility. The work involved preparing regional and local site maps, research into existing infrastructure, traffic and pedestrian flows and programming assistance for future uses. The resulting master plan product provided for phasing possibilities that allow for current code development of undeveloped portions of the site while maintaining existing uses within the current buildings. |
