The Railyard Subdivision

The Railyard is a new, 1,950 lot, single-family residential subdivision located in Hays County, Texas. Section 1 encompasses 61 acres and consists of 98 lots. Phase 1 also includes a wastewater treatment plant that is being designed by UDG. Preliminary engineering and conceptual plans were prepared by UDG during the planning stage of the project. Upon approval, designs were prepared for 9,340 linear feet of 8” wastewater lines, 11,890 linear feet of 6”, 8” and 16” water lines, 11,630 linear feet of streets and associated drainage improvements. Final plats and the required easements for the project were prepared and the project is currently involved in the permitting process.
